morality questions

1. So, someone of another race/culture does something you find horrific, but they see as a perfectly acceptable. Indeed what they are doing is not illegal, and most people of their particular culture agree that it is perfectly acceptable. You still find it horrific though. Is it right to try to impose your view onto the other's? Or is it more right to accept that their culture finds such a practice acceptable and respect that.

2. Now imagine the same situation but the other person is in another country. The practice you find horrific is illegal where you live but not in their country. Is it right to interfere or more right to respect their national and cultural boarders?
