I’m exusted. I was sickened by the smell of my living room after missing Skippy’s pee spots. He got the edge of the TV, which was sitting on an unfinished MDF board, yuck!

I bought a carpet cleaner, a real nice one, not quite top-of-the-line, but nice. That was a major investment, 200 smakeros. I guess I should feel lucky that later that day I made $100 off selling an old scooter that wasn’t even mine.

I moved all the furniture our of the Living room, not much work but difficult considering I was doing it all by myself. This left the rest of the house in complete disorder. The couch is blocking the hall way, and the two other bedrooms are so full of stuff there’s hardly room to turn around.

The room emptied I assembled my new purchase and started cleaning the carpet. It took at lease an hour, maybe two? It was hard work none the less. About the time I finished I discovered that Chris had sold to scooter and the buyer would be coming over to pick it up that day.

I assymboled a hose reel I had purchased the other day while I waited for Chris to arrive with the Title. After the buyer left Chris and I chated until I had to get ready to meet the fam for a Mother’s Day meal.

The meal went off like many others. Mom shared her plans for remodeling the house. The other kids left first and I left and headed for a meeting, Skippy was along for the ride.

After the meeting, Skippy got to meet two other dogs, Pumpkin and Itchy. I got home just before 10pm and had already decided I would run the carpet cleaner over the living room again. The second time I used only water, not cleaner. This time I was more satisfied to get dirty, dirty waste water. It meant that previous runover had lifted and loosened a lot of dirt and scum.

Considering what a pain it was to move the furniture, I think I’ll spend another day on this carpet, get it really clean. I’m totally exusted now. and for the first time in a long while, I have to get up early for work tomorrow. This week I’m doing 9-6.
